At Sebesta Blomberg, employees own the company. 
 
On January 1, 2011, Sebesta Blomberg transformed from a majority-owned Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to a 100% employee-owned company. The ESOP is an important move that positions our company for the future, gives us a competitive edge in attracting and retaining staff, and demonstrates our commitment to employees and clients.  
 
As a result of the ESOP, our employees gain a financial interest in the company and therefore have an added incentive in helping the firm grow and deliver quality services. Our ownership structure provides our clients the opportunity to work with people who have a stake in what they do.
