With over 30 years of engineering design experience, Randy works to strategically implement the company’s vision as leaders in lifecycle performance of built environments. As principal-in-charge of the St. Paul location, he is responsible for overall office operations, including strategic planning, technical quality review, client relationships and professional development. Randy is known for his ability to collaborate with high-profile industrial and institutional clients to integrate design, retrocommissioning and energy performance to achieve optimal performance and functionality.
