He practices a collaborative design approach, working with the project team to research solutions ideally suited to each project. Randy serves as the principal-in-charge of company’s Washington, DC office providing strategic business and professional leadership. His emphasis on client service and knowledge-based expertise has brought him to the forefront of high-profile projects for the Architect of the Capitol, The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and General Services Administration.
