Demands on commercial structures are changing due to increasing energy costs, ongoing maintenance requirements and an increased focus on environmental quality. In order to remain competitive and profitable, building owners are investigating methods and strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and reduce cost.

Sebesta Blomberg focuses on all aspects of lifecycle costs of a commercial facility. We design facilities for optimal performance, commission facilities to validate that performance, train operators to maintain operational efficiency and develop and implement plans to minimize energy costs and the impact on the environment. Whether it is a hotel, retail or entertainment complex or general office building, Sebesta Blomberg leverages its core competency in sustainable design, commissioning and operations to serve the commercial market. Our capabilities include areas such as building design for additions and renovations, lighting design, energy modeling, commissioning and retro-commissioning, construction support, facility assessments, operator training, energy audits, energy procurement, environmental services and LEED® certification.
